Rubbish service

I bought a car from Warners Citroen in Tewkesbury and have had nothing but problem after problem with, my car is under warrantee and they are constantly making me pay out for the repairs which are not my fault, as they decided to sell me a car off their own back which was faulty. I recently just paid out £300 for an oil leak which i addressed at the time of dropping my car to them, after getting it back after a week the car is still dripping out oil from here, there and everywhere. My car has now gone back into the service department and they are now telling me i have to pay just shy of £500 to repair the car and to fix something that has worn away which causes a knocking noise from my car when driving it, this noise has been there since i purchased the card they try to blame this on me and the way i drove my car. The service department staff are highly rude and i would not recommend to anyone. Steve’s words ‘we can leave it unfixed if your not willing to pay’. Had to take this situation further through trading standards and citizens advice as i am not happy with the way i have been treated as a customer!
