Started well, finished less so

I really liked Scott and his firm when I bought the car. He was helpful and positive. I liked the car and bought it. He promised to get the various snagging issues all fixed which I believed he would. More fool me. He has done nothing he promised since we left the building and has continued to be evasive. If he sold only low end cars I would understand but he sells prestige cars. If your are spending that sort of money you want to trust the seller. Don't. We have since been to BMW who have pointed to a number of issues most concerning of which has been the fact the tyres have all been doctored to look as though they are ok and they were not. BMW have suggested no reputable car dealer should be allowed the car to leave a garage in that state! Caveat emptor, buyer beware, never applied more than to Auto 2000 Prestige Cars.
