Sold me a car with faulty injectors

The next morning after I brought a bmw 5series car from sparshatts of swanwick, the car miss fireing and engine shaking when start from cold. When I contacted them I was told to contact the insurance cover company and make a claim. I did so but the insurance cover warranty company didn't cover full cost. The is currently in a garage where a injectors was changed. I am left without a car for three weeks now, because the warranty company and sparshatts are not willing to pay the cost of the repairs.
