Just awful

Where do I start with Huntingdon Audi? Blatantly lied to by sales staff, sales manager arguing with me when I complain and trying to dodge fixing problems with my new car. Then there's the service department - they break some interior trim and try to claim they didn't do it; always keep me waiting around whilst they all sit around chit chatting. Fail to follow simple instructions, such as don't wash my car (they wash it and of course, scratch the paintwork), don't adjust the seat (they change every single setting), etc. They even replaced my wiper blades and then tried to charge me - the car was six months old at the time and there was nothing wrong with the wipers. I refuse to pay and then end up having one of their service guys refusing to give me my keys. When I complain, again, poor attitude and zero customer service. I tell everyone I know not to use Huntingdon Audi, which has so far cost them £300,000 in new car sales, as these are friends who've bought their cars elsewhere on the back of my experience. I even got both my Audi's serviced at an independent after the poor service from Huntingdon and only then found out they had been grossly over charging me for servicing. AVOID!
