We bought a van from Woods New Forest last year. Great van, the owner of Woods seemed very genuine, but it had a fault light when delivered. We were led to believe that it was not a major problem. But could be dealt with. But it is now an MOT is due, could cost £2000 for a new pump. Tried to get information from the new manager. Rude, banged on about statutory rights from the off. Wouldn't even offer to try and look back through maintenance records. I am taking responsibility for my part, not after money just information. They also registered the camper as a commercial vehicle with DVLA, which made getting the insurance tricky. Be wary with the after care service here. David
