Very disappointed

Bough car from I & K Motors in FEB 2019. Felt something was wrong. Went back & salesman admitted in front of my friend that when he drove it he felt it wasn't running right. Why not tell the mechanic there. They agreed to find a replacement but I'm STILL waiting. I feel very let down by a local garage who nowadays should really care about their customers and make them want to come back for repeat business.
