Poor communication

Thought I had done a deal on buying a car from Select Cars South West, only to be told on day of collection that part-ex on my vehicle had been reduced. The owner did not apologise for not contacting me, “as his father had been dealing with the sale!!” The owner of the business was rude and arrogant. I will certainly not be dealing with SCSW again!! Wasted my time and theirs. Mind you having read some reviews on here, I may have had a lucky escape!!
