Disappointing Experience
I bought my first all electric i3 for my wife a couple of months ago from Ocean in Paignton Not a good experience, I travelled from Malvern near Worcester to Paignton to pay for and collect the car, the sales guy who I dealt with didn’t even tell me he wouldn’t be there to hand over the car even though he made the appointment with me. The hand over was poor considering it was the first time I had even sat in an i3, I was told very little about the cars operation and charging I was promised all software updates for the car would be done they weren’t. Since paying and collecting the car I have not received so much as a single courtesy email or phone call to see if we are happy with the car. Not a good buying experience and when we replace it in the new year we will Not Be contacting Ocean. The car is fine but the service is Not up to BMW standard and how they keep their franchise I have no idea. Disappointed Michael
