A very disappointing visit

As a past customer of Drive Vauxhall Haverhill, I was expecting a high level of service when I went to test drive a used Insignia. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the standard of the vehicle presented to me. It had damage on the rear bumper and the front grill was broken. The cover from the clutch pedal was detached and was in the centre console. As if that wasn't enough 3 of the tyres had gouges in the side walls. I wasn't made aware of these defects before travelling (and the photos didn't show the damage). Very disappointing from a main dealer. Amateur service
