Brakes failed on the van after 4 months

Avoid Van Monster. I bought an Iveco Daily from them in April 2019. In August the brakes failed on the motorway. The van was under warranty, so I called them and they didn't want to know, citing that brakes aren't covered under warranty. I tried explaining that it's not a case that I need new brake pads and that that the brakes completely failed on the motorway. They still didn't want to know.
