Absolutely poor customer service

Bought a Nissan juke from Platinum Motor Company a few months ago and today my door handle snapped off in my hand, I phoned to say because it's still under its 3 month warranty, didn't want to know his reply was it's your problem and when you get 4 punctures I,ll fix them aswel, that to me is very unprofessional, a warranty is a warranty in my eyes no matter how minor, stay away from them there a bunch of Arthur dailys, give you all the spcheel and once they've had their money they dont care less once you,ve left their garage, and the car was stinking and had to pay £25 to have it valeted
