Rattle not rectified

Car developed a rattle at 65mph, they said they took the dash off and found multiple rattles, On road testing the vehicle it was exactly the same, they told customer service at Mercedes that they road tested at 70mph and could not find a Rattle, . They informed myself that they would not road test at 70mph. Lies from start to finish, this issue is still on going but I would not take my vehicle back there ever. On returning home it was clear that the dash was never taken off contrary to what they told me, do they really think the average driver is an idiot. Very angry with Arnold Clark Mercedes in Dundee.
