Awful aftercare service. AVOID !

I bought a car from Used Cars of Bristol, was really unhappy with my purchase and the aftercare service was absolutely DISGUSTING. I have NEVER experienced such appalling and aggressive customer care. They blagged me for 3 months! that they would look for a replacement car, and didn't offer a single replacement in that time. I kept calling and asking but they were always "looking, or busy time of year" and came up with nothing. The sales guy was nice, but the owner is who you have to deal with after buying a car. He was aggressive and even shouted at me in front of my young son. The way in which I was spoken to still makes me feel angry and upset. If you are looking to buy a car from them, avoid them at all costs.
