Excellent experience at Lowestoft

Saw a Seat Arona FR on Autotrader and spoke to Alex on the phone. He went straight out and filmed the car, sending me a comprehensive video. He was not pushy and answered all my questions. I put a deposit on the car and travelled to Lowestoft to collect it. I was picked up at the railway station and met Nigel at the dealership. He was welcoming and took the time to show me all about the car to make sure I was totally happy. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and Nigel. An altogether great experience. Thanks to you both.
