Damaged my car and did not tell me

My Bentley recently went in for its annual service at Rybrook Bentley of Bristol. Whilst it was there I had a call from my insurers to tell me my car had been in an accident and I had not reported it. I rang the dealership, The car's front wing had been hit the day previously. They admitted this had happened whilst in their care and that it was currently at their body shop. This is the third time Rybrook have damaged my car's bodywork whilst in for a service. Previously twice at their defunct Cardiff operation. Last year Bentley Pangbourne returned it with a scrape on the passenger door, which they eventually repaired. From the most recent incident I now have a no fault claim on my insurance record and no apology from Bentley Rybrook at Bristol. What is wrong with these Bentley main dealers and why do Bentley motors allow it?
