Unsafe repair, terrible service!!

Following a front end collision in my vehicle my insurance company requested I take my car to Drakes Garage for repair. On collection I was told everything was now fixed only to have to return once again with a list of complaints of things that needed rectifying. Upon the next collection I was assured that everything had now been solved other than a knocking noise, which had not been there before the accident, they informed me this was a manufacturer issue. I collected the car this time with my family, On the long drive back home we found the lighting system to still be faulty just as it had been when originally dropping the car off the first time! This left the car in an unsafe way almost leading to a collision as the lights cut out momentarily meaning I was not visible to other drivers. I then took the car to the original dealership who discovered that the knocking noise was in fact where Drakes had neglected to replace the broken engine mounts! I have chased Drakes several times about the issues I had faced; the inconvenience of travelling to and from there on several occasions not to mention the extremely unsafe vehicle they left me with. I have been promised phone calls and compensation "shut up money", only to receive nothing, I am appalled at the customer service and would not recommend Drakes to anybody.
