Excellent service and very helpful staff

I arrived at the showroom in torrential rain but the weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the staff. I expected the usual “hard sell” from a salesman but it couldn't have been further from the truth. My wife and I received a warm welcome and was offered every curtesy that one would expect from a high end motor dealers where the customer was intending to spend many £1000’s on a brand new car. Every question I asked (and there were many!) was answered without hesitation and nothing was too much trouble. After numerous test drives I finally found the car that suited my needs and the transaction was completed in a timely fashion without any problems. All in all an excellent experience and I would certainly recommend anyone to deal with Glasshouse Car Sales. Five stars all the way from me!
