Poor after sales service

When buying the car from RPM Direct the service was excellent, but when the car developed a fault soon after buying it, the communication was very poor and drawn out. A local garage carried out the authorized repairs but have not paid them and don't answer the phone or reply to any emails. The repairing garage won't release the the car untill it's paid for, So I now do not have a car.
