If you are considering buying a car from Mercedes Tamworth. I would recommend that you go elsewhere. In over 30 years of buying new cars including Mercedes this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. On Collection of my new C Class coupe earlier this year, I noticed an extreme grinding sound from the brakes. I was told it would go after 1000 miles and if it didn't it would be rectified under warranty and that they would "look after me". After three extended visits to the workshop the issue has not been resolved, together with other faults that I have taken the car in for. I advised them that I want to reject the car as it is not to the standard that I expect from a new car, but they are refusing, saying that ALL Mercedes make this braking noise, (not the case in the two courtesy cars they loaned me) and are now going back on their original promise to rectify. Disgraceful. Add to that the inability of the dealer principal to return calls. Terrible service and absolutely no concern regarding their reputation damage due to broken promises and commitments. BE WARNED!!
