Oh! Dear. Chris !!!

After being asked so nicely to please leave a great review for Chris. I honestly was going too! I was going to Leave him a great review. But! What a laugh. Do Evans Halshaw Peugeot in Stourbridge actually check over these vehicles at all.? Or is their customer service at Stourbridge all about the money & targets! The latter one I think.! On the Saturday before the end of the month we were rushed to try and get the money transferred, there and then. We had left a deposit and gone for a test drive !!!! Luckily my app wouldn’t work. This was for their benefit, not mine the customer, for the end of month figures. This really hacked me off! All rush rush! I didn’t appreciate that at all. So I arranged to collect the car on the Wednesday, Chris promised me it would be clean and all the body work touched up.! Oh! It was touched up alright! Ok so I now have the car! When I get home the car won’t lock - drivers door! Uggghhhh! Long story short, it’s at the main dealer today it needs a new door handle which needs respraying. Thanks for that! Luckily it’s under warranty with Peugeot! Then day 2 - You didn’t tell me that someone had snapped the B pillar weather strip at the top off the passenger door - then it’s been glued with super glue and your paint guy has touched it up with the touch up pen. So you knew it was in a disgusting state and not ready to collect it’s a right hacked state. Nice one! So this is going to cost me £140 for Peugeot to replace. No I’m not happy! Shoddy dealership. That was a nasty thing to do. Plus the boot lining is all ripped so I need to replace that also. It’s only 2.5 /3 yrs old this car? . I’ll never use you again. I was so upset, you knew my car had been stolen and what had happened, it was obviously 🙄 sales and that’s all. Never again.
