Customer care,Zero - Response, Laughable
Having arranged a car through Players cars which all seemed fine, problem after problem then occurred. The customer service and emailed responses from that point become laughable. One problem, having gone through the drive thru car wash, the car leaked buckets of water through the boot. Having looked in to this, this was down to a bent frame and broken seal on the car. This has caused interior damage. Response, you were shown round the car at the point of sale and this wasn't there. You have obviously done this. Has anyone ever been shown all the seals, under the seals and the car framework? Classic used car salesmen and a group of Liars. Wouldn't recommend Players cars if you want the right car and a service to go with it. Calling your customers liars and making sweeping accusations whilst doing that is not good customer service.
