Terrible customer service

I urge anyone thinking of buying from Rivelin Motor Company not to as it took me a month to get a refund for a broken down van to the loss off £300 at my expense, they didn’t even bother sending the v5 off even month after the sale , so now I’ve got to mess about with the dvla to get my road tax back, total nightmare all round , the only easy part was them taking my money !!!!
