Worst company I have ever dealt with

I wrote a review a year ago about the awful service at Arnold Clark Hexham Ford. They sold me a faulty car and I replaced it for another paying more money it was like they were doing me a favour. This second car has faults as well and I don't they had even checked it over before I got it. I ended up losing money as sold it privately a few weeks later. I was refused a refund also refused a refund on service deal i paid 200 for. I was stressed out as undergoing medical treatment 're poss second cancer at the time. Anyone thinking about buying don't. Check out I hate Arnold clarke page on Facebook. I never got any apology for all the stress I incurred and the money I could not afford to lose. Disgusting service as a hole and not very friendly reception staff
