Refused to return my car

Cars of Ringwood refused to give me my car back saying it was his car now because a refund note had been sent in the post. He would not tell me how much of my money he had refunded. This refund note never arrived. I only got my car back by following the advice given to me by the Police. The Police said to give him 24 hours to return my car and then report it as theft. There are no on-going court proceedings or police investigations in this matter because I have now collected my car.
