Poor service

I visited the coventry Green4 motor company and was attended by Derek. He seemed totally disinterested in our custom. When we asked him what cars were available, given our specifications he just seemed disinterested and stated that he would get back to us the next day as it was nearly closing time. There was another couple with another sales rep. that was happily showing them around and seemed a good rep. I didn't hear anything( given his attitude I didn't expect to either) from him and it's been 3 days now. Shame as I've now purchased a brand new car from somewhere else. He definitely needs to have more training.
