Rubbish company

Bought a car from Greenford Service Station, the guy that sold it to me told me it had part service history; I paid him he mentioned the service history is in his office; he came back the next day to say he couldn’t find it but he’s going BMW to get it. I gave him a week he came back saying he’s got it but he sent it to various garages for confirmation, gave him another week and he stopped picking up my calls. Called the company and they were just as useless, this guy kept promising to deliver this service history but would never show, he kept ignoring calls, turning off his phone and completely ignoring me. Absolute crap company don’t waste your time on them. I still haven’t received my stuff and this guy has completely stopped picking up. I haven’t received my service history, my receipt and car manual.
