DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

Would not buy from Auto Xchange if it was the last place on earth,! Had my Ford Kuga from them and out of the 15 weeks I had it,I drove it for 6 weeks, the rest of the time it as either in their Garage or broke down on my driveway. I was told all the 7 faults I had with the car was sorted half way through the lifetime of us having it and 24 hours later they came back.,they had just covered up the problems. Dodgy Mot done by themselves which passed with 7 faults and a worn tyre. . had 2 couresty cars one Kia picanto with ABS failure and another one Toyota Rav 4 kept going into limp mode. After going to a trading standards we waited 3 weeks for a full refund and was told no to a refund. So I went to start court proceedings they eventually paid me out a full refund. I have all their promises and let downs on text and email as proof they they are cowboys. If i was you I would go elsewhere, especially if James or Richard is still working for this place. The after care is appauling, when we broke down in the couresty car, I rang 18 times to eventually speak to James and I was told “ do you realise it is Sunday and my day day off, you are disturbing my day” never replied to emails or texts after we had paid our money. JUST PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY AREN’T AS NICE AFTER YOU HAVE PAID YOUR MONEY!!!!
