After waiting over 12 months for a BMW dealership to locate me a used BMW, and not having received one phone call regarding a possible car that may have fitted with my requirement, I decided to visit Cooper BMW York when I was in the area, and what a pleasant experience and conversation was had with the Sales Executive Ross Hamilton. The result of our meeting was that I purchased a Used car that was perfect for my requirements, The only negative was the delay at the time of handover due to a lack of communication between various departments within the business, other than that excellent service.
