Avoid Car Store Birmingham like the plague. Bought a car from here in may took 2 months to deliver the car after they said they where fixing the car. They tried to sell the car on a auction twice whilst I had a deposit and paid for the car in full. Get the car delivered with a dogey mot as the car clearly should of not passed with a bigger list of issues. The cost to put the car right is 10k. Another month gone past and refusal to pay for the repairs. Breach gdpr with customer data. There staff constantly lie and are just awful. Lost the spare key after they found it I had it collected then still said they are looking for it. Didn’t change the v5 into my name.
