Terrible quality

Bought a 2011 VW golf in Nov 2018 off grange road motors. The car broke down on the way home from the garage. Repaired under warranty and since then the car has broken down 3 more times in 8 months and cost me a fortune. When I asked for a refund of the money they laughed and said that wouldn't be happening. Absolute disaster, would never return.
