AFTERSALES SERVICE SUCKS

Bought a car from Capricorn Car Sales at Jan 9 2019, great purchase and very friendly . Developed a door fault after a couple of weeks and was assured this would be fixed under 3mth warranty. Spent whole day at repairers, not resolved and still not after several visits. Had to get fixed myself, cost of £300 inc labour, but to date have not been reimbursed as of 18th July six months later. Fed up with chasing and 'leave it with me attitude' and no real commitment to helping me out. Get the feeling they think I eventually will give up and write money off. How wrong they are.
