Bad Experience!

Be wary of JCT600 Hull Audi. They are not interested in customer satisfaction. I recently bought a car from them and they turned out to be nothing more than very typical used car salesmen. After all, that is all they are - right? I expected more from Audi though - it was big flash showroom, staff dressed immaculately, although they were very courteous, all you are getting is lip service. I paid 40k for a used car. Upon picking it up I found it had not been valeted (they claimed it had), it had not had anything done at all. It was then booked in to have this rectified. I thought this fine, they want a chance to rectify themselves. Picked it up again and still not done. Booked in again. Still not done what I asked. They gave us Bulls*** from day one. In hindsight I would not have bought from them (but the car is great). They will now be treated with the contempt they deserve.
