Frustrating

I paid 20K for a nice BMW 5 series from Henley Cars. Now I get very annoyed and extremely frustrated every time I drive it. I purchased the car in June 2019 and as soon as I left I realised a creaking sound from the front internal part of the car, assuming this would be something in the compartments I continued to drive home only to realise there wasn't anything left around to cause this, but it was coming from the Dashboard area and I could replicate the exact sound by applying some light pressure on the dashboard. There was no noise during the test drive however the car went into the workshop (to get checked) I believe the noise from the dashboard started after that check. I called Henleys and after a week I managed to get a callback. I was advised to keep an eye on the noise which I did. I then sent an email with my complaint two weeks ago and no reply. I have to say that we received a very warm service from Jon however the after sales service is non existent. Just be careful as I have been left with a beautiful car that annoys the hell out of me every time I drive it.
