Far past the above and beyond mark

I could have not had a more better experience any where else. In fact I don’t want to buy another vehicle from any where else except Straightrange in York because they won’t be able to match the service Simon has provided. To start of it was very easy to contact Simon, even tho I was miles away. Simon is a really nice person who understands the smallest of details. I am very fussy, but was given extremely detailed photos of the Hilux. I wanted to know every imperfection. He even pointed out a imperfection on the bodywork that he said he would get fixed and he did, it was more than I could ask for. I ask so many questions and they were all answered. After agreeing on a price and paying the deposit, my work was being very demanding and I had to keep apologising as I was not able to come and pick the truck up, this went on a for a while. But Simon was very patient and did not hassle me in any way. After getting a clear date from work I was able to go and collect. I saw the truck in real life and it was exactly how it was describe. I was more than happy. Simon even took my old truck in as PX and paid a very fair price for it. After going through some paper work which Simon made very clear and easy we set off in the new Hilux, it drove extremely well and everything worked. We even had a lovely meal at a restaurant that he recommended. When I got it back, I took it to the garage to be check over and serviced. The garage commented that it was in very good condition and that nothing needed doing. So I’m just sorry it has taken so long to do the review, but how’s 2 years with no problems on my hilux, that’s a very fine example of how good Straightrange is, if I’m being honest you won’t find a better place to buy a vehicle, but to go even further you will not find a more decent and fair person than Simon.
