Very poor after-sales

Bought a used F-Type Jaguar 400 from Lodge Motor Co. Nice car. However, discovered some items missing. Despite promises to send the parts immediately, I have now waited over 3 months and nothing. Calls fall on deaf ears. Terrible after-sales service.
