Diabolical dealership

Complete and utter incompetency from start to finish by Allen Ford Upminster. Left my Ford Mondeo Hybrid with them at 8:00am only to receive a call at 12:30pm informing me that they are not "trained" to investigate a key fob problem! "Fobbed off" with 1990's style lip service thereafter. If I go near this shambles of a dealership again, I would be immediately checked for a mental disorder.
