Terrible dealership- avoid at any cost

I had extensively searched on the internet for my perfect car and found a golf at the vw Trust dealership in Stourbridge and travelled there despite living an hour away in Friday traffic. They refused me a test drive but otherwise I would have seriously considered it. The Skoda dealership in Redditch got in touch as I had previously test driven a Skoda there.As it is the same dealership nicola offered to bring the Golf over from Stourport, I happily agreed and test drove it as she had kindly brought the car to my office. I asked if one or more services could be offered but was refused anything at all. At 8 the next morning I called in and told Nicola's colleague that I wanted the car and could he get the price plus admin plus tax plus the offer they had made for part exchanging my car- upon receipt of this paperwork I was waiting to pay the deposit. At midday I called to ask if he had done it and he laughed as he told me that he had sold it and was perfectly entitled to sell it to anyone! Disgusting behaviour and sharp practice. Heartily recommend that no one use this dealership. PS- I asked the CEO to get in touch before writing this review and he ignored me- imagine buying from them and encountering a problem!
