Epic Failure of a Dealer

Am glad I avoided this poor excuse for dealer and moved somewhere else, I visited Victor Devine Motorcycles first in February as looking for new model of bike. Advice was to come back March as will have demo model to try, March came and went emailed a few times to try and arrange date for demo ride but no response. Move on to June when visit in person to ask for ride - you can't get demo Honda won't allow us as keeping numbers in check need to order bike with deposit if you want to ride. A bit taken aback but like look of bike and watched youtube reviews (these guys all got demos weird that). However pay deposit and told no date of delivery can be given OK wait and see. We had agreed to part-ex my bike and me cover any shortfall which I knew about and OK with as felt bike was better than current one I don't like and demo rode previous ,older not current one. Leave dealer with promise of regular updates on progress. Get a call just over three weeks later bikes good to go, was initially happy then get additional calls to urge me to complete day earlier than said I could. I had reasons such as work commitments this ignored by salesman over additional calls. Have time to think and decided due to being hassled/ pressured to withdraw as can't be annoyed with dealers pushy attitude as now only interested in moving his bike never even listened when reminded of deal we agreed. Email following night after considering options. Next day was Saturday day I had notionally agreed to collect but had decided not to so get again a number of calls and then snippy email saying you must come in and complete, I think or what will happen if I don't .........will Trump nuke North Korea, will the world end or what will happen if I don't go in? Call dealer have a frank discussion only to fine out would have been paid additional bonus if had done so day before, ask also why was I never listened to or hassled with 3 calls in hour after agreeing deal, some customers need reminding as don't get priorities in order. Dealer keen to preserve deal tells me will revise deal to my benefit and be in touch 72 hours by email. However this doesn't happen decide to send polite enquiry as no trace in inbox or junk mail, response was resent email I never got. To top it off leaves me a delightful and condescending email tells me what I need to know about them now. Have sent final email to dealer telling them fully why withdrawing dealer principle copied in and read email as have asked for receipt upon reading and no response from him or salesman who was copied in. Have now informed Honda customer services but happy now to go to another dealer where this won't happen.
