AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a BMW 7 series on 26.12.18, described by SMR Motors, Mohammad, as in excellent condition. 3 days later the car broke down in the middle of nowhere in Scotland, completely ruining our short family break. Mohammad promised to repair the very long list of faults that I discovered and when the car was finally delivered to SMR Motors by the RAC recovery service, Mohammad said that the repairs would all be carried out. He then called me to let me know that the vehicle was ready for collection but the majority of the faults remained. These are as follows: 1. Spongey brakes; 2. Parking brake fault; 3. PDC Failure; 4. Adjustment needed to front side drivers wing mirror; 5. Windscreen and headlamp washers not working properly; 6. Loose bumper trim; 7. Air con not working; 7. Front passenger tyre damaged (although this was replaced) recently 8. CD player operation sticky; 9. Front drivers side electrics have completely failed; I am not even sure that this list is exhaustive! Mohammad started off charming and very apologetic because of all these issues but my family and I have lost all faith in this man and the dealership and I am now having to take legal action to recover the money that I paid for this dreadful car. MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
