Car not fit for purpose

Bought a car from U motors which within 3 weeks developed a major engine fault. Spoke to the garage who tried to give me every excuse to not fix the car even that someone else is buying the garage. Completely fully of rubbish cowboy company. I’m now taking them to the small claims court to get full refund of the car as the major fault developed within 30 days. Typical back street dealers that think they can trade cars and not follow the trading standards. I’ve also reported them To trading standards who will now be investigating them and my next step is inland revenue for tax fraud after they asked me to pay into a private bank account as a gift. I offered them the chance to contact me to resolve but they didn’t want to know.
