Warranty Job

Took Motorline VW Gatwick 6 hours to tell me that my window switch is not covered under warranty, (button not working but has sight damage on the plastic cover of the switch so VOID!!! £30,000 car, buttons should hold together for 3 years, oh and vw pride themselves on build quality?? only done 22,000 miles??? Anyway that’s life I’m more annoyed it took so long to call and tell me!!! (took it in at 8:15am told me at 2.30pm it’s a joke) take it to a different dealer, if you want good service, I will not be using them again! And they wanted £115 to fit a new switch they only cost £30 so £85 to fit it? jog on, I’ll do it myself
