Excellent Customer Service

Just bought an S-Max from Eclipse Car Sales courtesy of Roy. I am normally very sceptical of second hand car salesman but I can't praise the experience enough. From finding the car on the web, Roy was in touch, answering my tedious questions.I viewed the car which was immaculate and exactly as described. The roof bars were minus a key but Roy contacted the company and has obtained a duplicate. Really good quality of service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My Son will be buying from there in due course.
