You ring for hours then they will "ring you back" (that's a laugh) - poor quality work done on the vehicle, 2 weeks to even get an initial assessment of the van - all round Arnold Clark Vauxhall in Manchester is the worse company I've ever dealt with - i now because of this have a Renault (thankfully).
