Very bad customer service

We have been a regular customer of Hills of Woodford for the past 19 years. Nearly bought over 15 new cars for family and friends. Always recommended friends. Last week paid deposit for a car all paperwork done and the sale person said he got he T cut and apart from him no one can sell it or buy and he promised the sale and took £1000 deposit. just before one day of picking the car they called and informed us that they don’t have that car and they can give another colour car. We denied taking that and then called back and said no worries come as planned and pick up the car. Today we went to pick up the car and they said they couldn’t find the car. They treated as like 5 year old and when asked to speak to a manager they informed no manager for next two weeks. Terrible service. Prius Excel.
