AVOID THIS DEALER - THEY WASTE YOUR TIME, LIE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I unfortunately couldn't give no stars... extremely poor service and even worse customer service. A very dishonest clear misrepresentation of the car they were selling. Lead to me wasting my time and my money viewing a car that clearly wasnt as advertised. Very rarely do I leave bad feedback like this but unfortunately in this case it is very much warranted and people need to be warned. I called up about a car they had for sale and thoroughly qualified the details. I asked about the tyres and whether they were the same brand/model on each axel and whether the car had a full service history (As was stated on their autotrader advert) I was assured that it was indeed FSH as per the advert and that it had two brands of tyres but that they were the same on front/back axels The gentleman I spoke to assured me that all was as described and that i wouldnt be wasting my time viewing the car (I explained that I didnt want to travel nearly an hour each way to waste my time) I turned up and the first thing i saw was that the car had 4 different extremely cheap brand tyres on each corner (Pretty dodgy having 4 different tyres on a fwd car thats done 30K but I suppose that shows how they have scrimped on other areas of maintenance also) I then looked at the service booked and it was missing multiple services, so not even part service history, let alone a full service history as promised. I called again today to give them a chance to resolve the extremely dishonest and poor service before posting this feedback and was told that they Chalfonts Motor Company this give honest car salesmen a bad name
