Very poor after sales service

We purchased a used Vauxhall Crossland X (£14k+) from Furrows Ford in Shrewsbury and it was agreed with Michael Dale (salesman) that as part of the purchase some damaged trim would be replaced. After leaving the site after collecting the car to travel home (150 miles) I discovered the owners pack was missing, but the supposedly replaced trim looked OK. After many weeks we received the documentation but the service book was not acceptable so had to be returned to Furrows. After approximately it became obvious that the damaged trim had been very poorly repaired. we eventually received the required documentation correctly completed but the attitude from furrows regarding the damaged trim was totally unacceptable so after numerous e-mails I advised them that I was going to initiate LEGAL ACTION to which the responded that they were not liable. I undertook the legal action and only then did they admit full liability and subsequently paid the claim in full.
