Fantastic customer service

We brought a car from Saxon Bridge back in March. We had a few issues with the car over a period of a few weeks, which Saxon bridge sorted out every time. Booked the car in to have the air con fixed and a few days before the appointment the car broke down, no power at all. Stephen was amazing with his customer service, he arranged for the car to be collected straight away. We went in the next day to speak with Stephen about it as I’d lost my confidence in the car with the issues we had. Straight away Stephen found a car that suited my needs, we test drove it and Stephen had it ready the next day for me. I am truly appreciative of everything they have done for me. I have had amazing customer service from everyone there, Rose, Ali, Mark, Amy, Patrick (Sorry I used your mug) Andy and Stephen, what an amazing team you all are.. I would not hesitate to recommend Saxon Bridge every time.
