Arrogant and Unhelpful

I called Miller and Middleton to ask if they would like to buy my deceased relatives 3 year old, 10,000 mile Seat Ibiza, the person that I spoke to became arrogant and unhelpful when I couldn't tell him how much I thought the car was worth, apparently I mistakenly thought that he would be able to tell me how much he could pay for it. I can only assume that he was hoping that as I didn't know it's value, that I might ask for an amount lower than it's actual value. I would not deal with this company again!
