Good if you get the right person

The good and the not so good experience of buying from the Car Store in Borehamwood. Initially I was not impressed by laid back attitude but if fairness this was as it transpired quite refreshing no hard sell just a solid overview of car, history, how it worked, and a reasonable test drive. The person I primarily felt with was Dan who if I was rating him out if 10 gave a 9.5 out of 10 support, interest and areal customer focused approach, fair to say he was the reason I over looked the not so good points. Point 1 trying to get through to Borehamwood through the central call centre was a nightmare, not the call centre themselves they were mostly helpful but just no one picking up at Borehamwood this was on the separate days. Point 2 I did get through in the end and as Dan was out asked to sisal to the person he had given me as his back up, asked the person two questions on car, he said he would find out and get back to me, three days latter I called again to chase up as Dan was still out and he was not there the person I spoke to said they would chase up and get him to call me tomorrow when he returned, needless to say I never heard from him. Only had the car a day so no feed back on that as yet. So there you are my first hand experience, I would add that while 30 mins to purchase the car is widely off the mark, the actual buying Experience on the day again thanks to Dan was first class.
