Handbook??

Bought an ex demo from Stoke VW the car is a T Cross. I was told it doesn’t come with a handbook? I have phoned several VW garages and they all said “0f course they come with a handbook,” The car keeps flashing up refer to handbook. Referred back to VW Stoke still waiting for them to respond. The car cost £21000 !! Would not recommend them.
